He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Madonna University Okija. He hold’s a Master of Science degree in Economics and a Microfinance Certified Member (MCIB) credential, Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in View, Economics.

He commenced his professional career in 2011 as NYSC intern with Diamond bank Plc where he distinguished himself and was employed as an Executive Trainee after NYSC. Have over 10 years of experience in banking, insurance, entrepreneurship, and management consulting.

He started as a Senior Manager and the Group Head of Credit and Marketing at Numo Microfinance Bank in December, 2022. Presently the Ag MD/CEO of the Bank. Leads a team of professionals who are passionate about providing accessible and affordable financial services to underserved and unbanked segments of the Nigerian population.

Core competencies include customer relationship management, analytical skills, financial risk management, project management and implementation, venture capital, real estate and property development, investment and wealth management, and business management. He has successfully managed and grown the SME portfolio of Numo Microfinance Bank, assisting with trade finance services, product and service offerings, and business advisory. Have also contributed to the bank's financial inclusion strategy, leveraging his expertise in enterprise design thinking and customer-centric innovation with a mission to empower SMEs and individuals with the financial tools and knowledge they need to thrive and achieve their goals.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology Science from Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike. She is a Certified Microfinance Banker (MCIB) from the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria C.I.B.N.

Lucia has over ten years of Banking experience covering both operations and business development. She is currently the Operations Manager of the Bank.

Chukwubueze holds his first degree in Bachelors of Technology, from the Department of Environmental Technology of the Federal University of Technology Owerri, Imo state. He is a Certified Microfinance Banker (MCIB) from the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria C.I.B.N.

His experience with Federal Ministry of Environment where He examined Environmental Impact Assessment E.I.A., of some companies and supervised activities of major industries in Owerri metropolis made his career path to banking. He has functioned as the Head of Credit and Marketing of the Bank where he managed their risk assets, also functioned as a cashier, Risk, Audit and Compliance Officer. He is presently the Head, Information Technology (I.T.) of the Bank.

Kind and cheery in disposition, ability to set and maintain firm on fair ground rules, keeping and maintaining organizational standards, carrying out functions and assigned duties without the need to scope or dominate, reliable and capable in every aspect of his role.

He is capable in dealing tactfully and diplomatically in the resolution of any arising concerns, proficient in computer applications and Microsoft office and Excel, good writing and verbal communication skills, proficient in customer relationship skills, confident in character and able to organize and adhere to managerial procedures, web development.

A certified Microfinance Banker (MCIB) by the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (C.I.B.N.). He holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Imo State University, Owerri and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the University of Calabar as well as HND in Banking and Finance from Anambra State Polytechnic, Oko.

He has worked as Internal Auditor, Head of Credit and Marketing and also Head of operations. Presently, He is the Manager, Risk, Audit and Compliance of the Bank.

He worked in Savannah Bank of Nigeria Plc as a Senior Officer for several years before joining Numo Microfinance Bank Nig Ltd in June 2007.

He is a Certified Microfinance Banker (MCIB) from the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria C.I.B.N. He has over 20 years of experience in Microfinance.

He started very early with the Bank as a community Bank; Umunumo Community Bank since 1993, now Numo Microfinance Bank Ltd. He functioned in various units of the Bank such as Internal Audit, General service Officer and presently he is the Head, Credit and Marketing Unit of the Bank.
